Most dental practices can be stressful and tiring places to work and are often filled with frustration, patients are often 'on edge' whilst being seen and dentists are constantly aware of trying to offer the best clinical care whilst balancing running the business at the same time, feelings of being out of control are often mentioned. The need to 'sell' is ever present, but this just seems to go against offering the best care. And as for marketing to attract new patients... when is all that supposed to happen?

Imagine now a new, nervous and anxious patient walking in to your practice for the first time. Imagine how good it would feel to be able to set that patient at complete ease within minutes and to have that patient feel like a good friend from the start. The solution to these problems is what we have dedicated this Tweet-up and this webpage to, so please read on... but be warned... don't be tempted to miss anything out, you may miss something important.

Who are we?

Hi, we are Richard Charon BDS , Mark Oborn MBA LBIDST, Kevin Rose and Mike Samuels RMIP MIMI. We all run our own successful businesses (2 of us are dental professionals). are manic Twitterers and have come together as purveyors of fine Dental Sedation, Dental Marketing, Dental Coaching and Dental Photography.

We would LOVE to meet up with our fellow Twitterers and Facebookers to share refreshments on the Panadent stand H02 on  Friday and Saturday of the BDTA showcase - 11am for a fresh cup of morning coffee and 3pm for a delicious afternoon tea -we'll be there at both times so the choice is your when you would like to come.

The Tweet-up will be a perfect opportunity to meet those 'virtual' friends and make those relationships real... PLUS you will also find that Kevin REALLY is much taller than is Twitter profile picture makes him look.
