Course Terms and Conditions

1. Completion of the online booking form

Completing this form commits you to booking a place on the course and sets in motion the invoicing process of Mark Oborn Ltd. If you do not wish to book this course now, please do not complete this form now.

2. Early payment discount

2.1 'Payment by Date' means, cleared funds in the Bank Account of Mark Oborn Ltd or a cheque that is in the posession of Mark Oborn Ltd. Full payment instructions  will be sent with the invoice.

2.3 An invoice for the full amount will be sent, if you are paying prior to the 'payment date' simply pay the amount indicated on your specific course and a discount will be allocated by Mark Oborn Ltd so long as section 2.1 has been fulfilled.

2.4 If you are booking for more than one person it is your responsibiity to pay for all individuals on your booking form and payment is due for the full amount.

3. Cancellation Policy.

3.1 If Mark Oborn Ltd is able to fill the space(s) booked a full refund will be given up until the day of the course. No guarantee of being able to fill your cancelled place(s) is made either explicitly or implied.

3.2 If Mark Oborn Ltd is unable to fill the place and Mark Oborn Ltd is able to cancel your place with the venue a refund of £50 will be sent

3.3 If Mark Oborn Ltd is unable to fill the place and Mark Oborn Ltd is unable to cancel your place with the venue no refund will be sent.
